Hi, I'm Shuting π
I am currently a first-year Ph.D. student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where I am advised by Prof. Mengling Feng. Before joining NUS, I received my Master's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Fudan University, under the supervision of Prof. Xinrong Chen. I also spent a wonderful time as a visiting student at Westlake University, where I was fortunate to work with Prof. Yuliang Xiu.
Open to research collaborations! Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in working together, particularly if you are based in Singapore.
π¬ Research Interests
My research focuses on human motion tracking, 3D reconstruction, and depth estimation. I am currently working on AI for healthcare and human body shape estimation. Specifically, I am interested in:
AI for Health: Developing deep learning methods for health assessment, rehabilitation, and clinical decision support using multimodal physiological, behavioral, and medical data.
Human Motion Analysis: Building models for 3D human motion tracking, body shape estimation, and motion generation from multimodal signals such as images and wearable sensors, with applications in AR/VR and human-machine interaction.
Robotics and Embodied AI for Health: Learning embodied perception and control policies for healthcare and assistive robotics that understand human intent and support physical interaction.
